Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy At Earthtones Salon LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest receives the time and attention they deserve. To maintain fairness to both our clients and our team, we kindly request your cooperation with the following policies: Rescheduling Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-Show Appointments Guests who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Late Arrivals Guests arriving 20 minutes or more late may be subject to a $25 late fee. If a late arrival prevents us from completing the scheduled service, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment. In such cases, a $25 rescheduling fee and/or a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service(s) may apply. By booking an appointment with Earthtones Salon LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. We deeply appreciate your understanding, as it allows us to provide the highest level of service and consideration to all of our valued guests
